The staff at Country Inn & Suites were exceptionally warm, especially Glenn, who went out of his way to assist. The room was clean and comfortable and worry-free.
Better breakfast variety would enhance the experience.

Great access to FedEx Field. bathroom had mold issues.

We had a blast at Six Flags America, and the location of the hotel made it easy for us to zip back and forth. Plus, the staff was accommodating when we had questions, which helped keep our family’s spirits high during our stay with two teens.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness should be improved significantly. They could really benefit from a better housekeeping team.

Inconvenient check-in vibes
Stayed for 2 nights in an executive king room. The location was nice since it was near family, but there was this really sketchy guy loitering outside when we showed up. The front desk guy was great though—handled it quick! The breakfast was okay, but the bathroom had mold. Needs some work.

comfortable stay but could improve breakfast options
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, providing a great start to my stay. I appreciated the nearby 7-Eleven for quick snacks and warm food, which added an extra layer of convenience.
The breakfast options were limited.

The front desk staff was super helpful and made check-in a breeze, and the comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. I really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi, and the live entertainment added a fun touch to the evening. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, but overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

Room was clean and spacious. Noise from nearby traffic was an issue at night. Close to golf course, which was a plus.

The Country Inn in Capitol Heights had several highlights. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome. Check-in went smoothly, and I appreciated the quick assistance. The room offered decent comfort, and the beds felt cozy for a good night’s sleep. Location made it easy to access various attractions. The breakfast selection was better than expected, with hot food options available each morning. However, I encountered a few issues. The carpet had some red spots that looked like makeup, which was off-putting. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent. I noticed the same spots throughout my stay. Additionally, the elevator was out of service during my visit, which was a hassle since I was on the third floor. I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. Despite these setbacks, the positive aspects made it a reasonably enjoyable stay.

Great spot for couples
Had a nice time, room was clean and spacious. I loved that the bedroom was separated, made it feel a bit like home ya know?
Wasn't the cheapest but still acceptable.

The staff were incredibly kind, making the stay welcoming. The Executive King Room was spacious and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, complemented by useful amenities like a fridge and microwave. However, the pricing felt inconsistent, especially around events, and the breakfast options could use improvement with more fresh fruits and vegan choices. The lack of accessible personal items in the hotel shop also stood out as a missed opportunity for convenience.

It was just a great match for a stopover in Capitol Heights with value for money. The breakfast was hot and fresh, especially thanks to Claudia the cook. Check for laundry availability before your stay.
